* Removed precompiled header includes in header files * Changed precompiled header to include Base.h
allows for both SSH and HTTPS remote
Both instances of close seem unnecessary, RAII will handle this fine...
* Changed MouseCode and KeyCodes to anonymous enums inside namespaces * Removed C++17 result_of deprecation warnings
